Cop who stole dope escapes jail

Ex-Pc escapes jail over cannabis

A former Metropolitan Police officer who stole cannabis from a police
station has escaped a jail sentence.

Paul Smith, 33, admitted stealing the Class C drug repeatedly while posted
at Holborn police station, central London. He told Southwark Crown Court
he stole the drug for personal use as he was trying to cope with his
father's death and stress at work.

Smith, of Nether Street, Finchley, north London, was given a six-month
jail term suspended for 12 months.

He pleaded guilty to eight counts of stealing cannabis and two of
possessing the drug between last April and January this year.

The married father-of-one resigned from his job after he was caught.

Smith said he initially bought drugs from street traders but decided to
steal from the station for fear of being blackmailed.

He was caught on CCTV surveillance and an invisible dye on a bag of
cannabis identified him.

Recorder Philip Bartle QC told him: "As somebody who was a police officer,
you will know only too well that your behaviour has brought disgrace on
you, your family, your friends and the police force which you obviously
served extremely well in all other respects apart from these offences."

Smith was spared jail as he admitted the offence and had stolen cannabis
for personal use to overcome a personal suffering.

Smith was also ordered to complete 300 hours of unpaid work, would be
subject to a year-long supervision order and told to pay £750 towards
prosecution costs. Story from BBC NEWS:

World Governments conspire to rid world poverty quick as costs of fuel and food soars
The poverty stricken is evidence of their incompetence to fairly
distribute the world’s wealth and they simply have no use for them so
their latest ploy will soon take care of the problem.

I know, you are used to it with 30,000 people dying daily you can live
with it until it is your turn.

This is how it has always been, so what is new?

You!!!

Thought that might concern you

Take a few minutes to leave your e-mail address with us at Charter
Democracy Force www.cdf.name
to show support.

We have provided them a prodigious amount of evidence irrefutably
exposing them as Government Organized Crime personified of corruption
and conspiracy against the people of the Lower Tiers and the RCMP have
been studying the evidence since November 2007 and a Final Letter of
Disposition from the RCMP Commissioner is now overdue as we suspect
they are struggling to find a way out.

Once they are aware that the people know of the evidence provided on
10 affiliate sites they will have no choice but to file charges and
dig deep into the conspiracy of their manipulating the markets, which
is nothing new but this time they went far too far, soon to cause
great peril world wide.

Together we can make much more than a big difference.

By causing them to act as the evidence shows they must the news will
resound world wide and the humongous change necessary will be under
way as the governments are made to restructure closing all doors that
allow them to fleece the people of the world.

It is imperative we take them on seriously with a realistic approach
where priority one is to inform the people of the truth and then let
the Governments know we are onto them where they will be forced to
change.

Their modus operandi has always been based on deceiving the people but
once the people know the deception will be over and they will finally
be forced to act on behalf of the people.

You know they are corrupt.
You just didn’t know how corrupt they are.
Read the evidence and you will know but there is a lot to read and it
is important that you quickly spread the word of the web site as far
and wide as possible to get others reading the evidence at the same
time so when our membership is large enough we will ask our members to
write their MPP and MP to inform them as to how many of us are aware
of their conspiracy and demand a public inquiry.

At this time the world will be on the road to recovery and the people
will finally live the life they work hard for.
Think about it
