Associate/Associate Director - Chester £50,000 - £60,000 per annum
This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate/Associate Director
to join the Chester office of this Consultancy. My Client would like
the ideal Associate/Associate Director to have a strong background and
successful working history within the building services industry
acting in the capacity of designer, contract engineer or M co-
ordinator and it would be necessary to demonstrate the experience
required for the position. The ideal Associate/Associate Director will
have a proven track record of working within a multidisciplinary
design team, excellent client management skills and experience of
leading a team of Services Design Engineers on projects. As well as a
good general understanding of construction techniques and practices,
the candidate will also have extensive experience of site
installations and will have operated at a senior level, dealing with
clients, professionals and site managers.
Currently my client is working on a large number of interesting and
challenging projects with a strong focus towards sustainability, which
currently include:
- Liverpool John Moores University including the new sports science
building and provision of specialist teaching accommodation.
- A flagship sustainable building for the Royal Horticultural Society
- Residential apartment projects in Gibraltar
