I am tenant in a small industrial unit but have a sub lease to a 'company'
who 'occupy' it. Said 'company' owner has informed me he cannot pay the rent
and is going to the wall due to the banks not loaning him money. He has been
a fair tenant, but with irregular rent payments and I believe leasing part
of the unit to a n other person which was not permitted in the sub lease. A
very Arthur Daley chap, with no contact phone numbers or private address
available to correspond directly with. He always collected the post from the
local sorting office rather than have it delivered to the unit.

This directs me to the Q, can I instruct the sorting office to stop giving
him mail that has his name on as header but my industrial units address. I
have always understood the post office ruling to be no matter who's name is
on the head it must be delivered to the actual address.
