Compliment for Smile (Co-op Bank) re unsolicited marketing
I've just applied for a Smile credit card. When I got the credit
agreement this morning for signature (quite surprised it arrived in the
post today, and I only got the e-mail acceptance yesterday: some post
must be working!), there was a form to opt out of marketing (phone, post
& e-mail). Well done, Smile/Co-op

I didn't think they were so desperate for business that they start
spamming newsgroups.
