News channels reported the nationalizing of Fannie/Freddie doubled the
US national debt. That was last week, and with a $85B rescue of AIG,
it might have gotten tripled.

So who are these lenders to whom US owes money to.
If it is the Chinese Central Bank as a major lender, where in the
World Chinese found such amount of money to lend. Last time I checked
Chinese Yuan was down below alot of major hard currencies. Is there
anything wrong with US prefering UK investors to Asian ones. Many in
US did not want Sony to buy out PARAMOUNT studios?
