FA Fixed Asset Register (online access with audit trail)
I'm looking for an online (or access online) FA fixed asset register.

It will record computer by dept / region. So regional managers can
update their details online - and can see the up to date report live.
I will also email it to them to encourage updates. Should have audit
trail - so I can see what has been changed - and by who.

It will list asset number, serial, model, user name, locations, dept,
plus a few other fields - want to be able to sort the data in excel
say (drop info into it). Plus able to add new fields at a later date.

Can anyone suggest a good software package / online service that can
offer this? Many thanks (I'm in the UK - and the info must be secure
and available).

I just can't see there being the demand for anybody to attempt to do
this. Of course it would be more efficient then emailing a completed
form to a Fixed Asset Register clerk who then regularly sends the
updated Fixed Asset Register out but it's just not going to happen.
