If there has been a late payment?
If there has been any late payments made to HMRC throughout the year,
once they receive the year end P35 & P14's do they then tell you how
much interest or penalty you must pay? We pay quarterly but on a couple
of occasions were a few days past the deadline in submitting payment.

it shouldn't be a problem... if they haven't sent you a late payment notice
"quarterly" you aren't likely to find you receive a "cumulative" one.

Ok thanks. Wasn't sure how it worked with late payments but didn't
