I m looking for a payroll software that can be used to process public sector 
payrolls, or at a minimum, cope with pay grades and spinal points.  I run a 
bureau, so the if the software has been created by another bureau, they need 
to be willing to supply it to "the competition"!

Any help would be appreciated
