Auto close payroll employees   
Hi,

We have a need for sage payroll to automatically close an employee if
the gross pay of that employee is zero, and has been for a period of
time (12 weeks to be exact).

The only way I can think of is to create a custom report which feeds
into Sage's Employee Details import feed, but this seems a little over
the top for something so basic.

Has anyone had to do this before, can I steal your custom report or
does Sage support this natively?

I'm pretty new to Sage and payroll so apologies if I'm missing
something basic (here's hoping!!!).
