The company I work for is currently using ADP for our payroll
processing.  We just upgraded to the new version and everything is
going just fine.  However, their Time & Labor management system is
horrid!

The system is called E-Time.  It includes the time clocks, the
software that takes all the punches on those clocks, and it processes
all that info and passes it to ADP so we can pay the employees.  At
this point E-Time is cannibalizing its own database.  It died this
weekend and they refused to support it.  They apparently aren't open
at all on the weekends.  I have also had plenty of trouble with the
time clocks.  They keep sending us replacements, and they keep dying.
I'm at wits end.

We run with up to 1500 employees at any time.  I am looking for
suggestions on any available software (and hardware such as time
clocks) to replace E-Time or the entire system if need be.

We used to use Paychex, but we had so many problems with them it
wasn't even funny.
