possibly doing an upgrade of the BB which went pearshaped -- its a common

Does anyone have an email addy for the organisers -- privately of course --
because it seems inordnately difficult to get any response from anyone; or
to join up.
I have three contacts who have signed up and been told they would be getting
some sort of activation or acknowledgement and got nothing
All spam folders checked etc.
There is no direct contact to any administrator which gets any response.
Strange set up altogether.
