Driving along yesterday, and harvesting proceeding. No great news of
either yields or moisture (but I saw little dust rising from the front of
the combines. No oil seed rape, the government here pulled out of any
support effort, possibly, as things look now, wisely. Corn weakening in
price, stories of anyone with storage hoping for better prices later, beef
a good trade, lamb bad. Manure gone up again, 18.6.12 about 500 euro. (UK
equivelent would be roughly 18.20.14).
