Is there a direct link with the "Islamic / muslim" elements in Moçambique,
creating a network ensuring corruption continues unabated in this country,
via suedo accounting consultancies and groups of auditors and lawyers with
their direct 'relationships' into the Ministries?

The country is prone to bribery and corruption due to the preservation of
old style Marxist policies, with punitive fines and penalties.
The laws have not yet been amended to be inclusive of the emerging small
business entrepreneurs - so these people rather steer clear from
participating in the economy.
