Plant or Buildings?
Bit technical I know - but does anyone have experience of dealing with the
Tax affairs of a commercial fishery?

I know someone that has spent a significant amount of money on creating two
additional ponds on their land - I can find reference to ponds only as
expenditure in list B of HMRC's definition of plant included within
'structures' but nothing else that points me in the right direction.

Any thoughts?

Cheers

I'd call HMRC.
