Read section 4 of the terms and conditions. The DVLA do not guarantee a
SEAT car will
be available to the winner. They can offer you an alternative prize!
What a con. If Seat have agreed to give 36 cars away and pay the DVLA for
advertising
and promoting their cars, how can they say it might not be available to a
winner!

That's the DVLA covering their arse in case SEAT don't keep up their end
of the bargain. & it's section 13
13. The Promoter reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal
value if, due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, the stated
prizes are no longer available. Otherwise no cash or other alternatives to
the prizes are available.
