Hi

I have a Combo Van 2003 version, and have a slight problem with the 
windscreen wipers, they work fine in the slow and fast constant settings, 
but judder and stick/stop in random places (usually on the down stroke) 
whilst on the intermittant setting.

Now i remember fixing the same problem on my car years ago, but i cant for 
the life of me remember what the problem was, can any one give any 
suggestions?
