Longest Range Rover?
I know that the LSE Classic is the long wheelbase version 108 at 8" longer
than standard, but what model P38 is the longest production model? I'm
looking for the cabin space as well as the boot/load carrying capacity

Egad. Just when I thought a Range Rover couldn't possibly get any more
vulgar and tacky ...

Mind you, there's a BMW X5 parked round the corner from me at the
moment (in Thirlestane Road, Edinburgh, in case anyone wants to have a
laugh) with the most ludicrous "drug-dealer" chromed wheels and ultra
low profile tyres imaginable.

I wonder if that's the one I saw a week or two back, filling up at a Texaco

and certainly tasteless enough.

Y'know, I actually rather approve of this one! If you are going to build
something outrageous, much better to go completely OTT than just add a few
girders to some boring car.

There's a bloke in America (where else?) who's built some very nice machines
for his own use using various aircraft bits but this is the first time I've
seen a complete aeroplane converted for road use. I'd love to be at the
testing station when it goes in for its first MoT....

I wonder if that's the one I saw a week or two back, filling up at a Texaco

and certainly tasteless enough.
