I got a new house!
Well, a new old house.

I got the keys today for my new house in Rhos on Sea, a mile from my little
flat. It is LARGER and close to the sea. It is a semi detatched and built in
the late twenties or early thirties with three bedrooms. It needs
"improving" ( Oh yessiree ) and the electricity is worrying, but does work.
And a dungeon / workshop in the basement so's I can "do woody stuff". And I
a got prescribed an antibiotic for a chest & throat infection too.
Does happy Snoopy dance with coughing!

Brilliant! So you'll be moving, once you've got it sorted? Three
bedrooms = one bedroom plus at least one workshop? Glad to hear the
cough is being zapped.

Good wine improves with age. The older I get, the more I like it.

Houses of that age were built better. Not all plasterboard and studs. I bet
it's good and solid and I'd bet it has a certain smell. Does it have a real
fireplace and a coal house out the back? A cellar? that would seal the deal
for me. :)
The wiring can be replaced oh and have you checked out the attic yet? Is the
plumbing noise?
