[Test] Please ignore.
Actually, please don't, because I'm trying to work out if my posts are
getting through, 'cause I'm not sure I trust Ggroups sometimes to not
loose any of my posts in the ether, and I do so hate having to wait
AGES to see my own posts appear.

Aw diddums. <g> Some of us have ourselves killfiled and so we *never*
see our own posts appear. ;-) (Got fed up thinking 'ooh! new posts!'
when it was just me being overposty again. ;-)

You don't need to killfile yourself. I don't know if Forte Agent supports
message rules but with oe I just put a message rule in that changes the
colour of my posts and marks them as read. I would imagine that a commercial
reader like Forte Agent should be able to do something similar.

No; I'm sorry but your post doesn't seem to have appeared in this group.

Do you ever post on yahoo groups? I posted on one only last week and it took
4 days to appear. I posted some after the origional and they appeared before
the origional did.

There's no denying it, the internet is plane wierd.

Yeah, I tried doing that back when I wasn't using Ggroups, and then
used to panic because I couldn't tell if my posts were getting through
or not. <g>

That happens even with a good newsreader sometimes though. It's all
down to what gets directed which way, and what gets held up where, I'd
assume. Geeks, feel free to poke me if I'm wrong. *crosses stuff in
hope*

Nop. What you said sounds spot on. Of course there are the rumours that if
you put words like BOMB or Terrorist in there then it gets rerouted. ;)

In most circumstances, yes, but in this case, I'd suggest the comma'd
work better being placed before the word that you put it after. :p

Heh. I've had a few moments like that myself, although usually for me
it takes three days or so before I realise that the messages *haven't*
got through. :-) My one posts are marked read, so I should be able to
see them if they arrived, which is something at least.

And now I've said that, they've been showing up all day. *rolls eyes*

Mind you, even showin' up this quick still leaves me sittin' waitin'
for AGES.

I agree. That flower did not see your point at once just shows
his/her/its ignorance of urp.

Yes, and un/fortunately, I don't think FoR has the type of mentality
to ever /really/ be able to "get" URP.

Oh well, it at least generates conversation while trying. :)
