To be fair though I doubt *anyone* ever expected to see those two
phrases in a sentence together, especially since one of them wasn't
even a phrase until you got here.

Oh I dunno. There's this one and then the adapted name that started
off as a treble-barrelled cutesie one over on livejournal. I liked
that one, although I can't recall what it was. :-)
