Vatican Voices Synod Vote Concern
So, according to the BBC News, Cardinal Walter Kasper, head of the
Pontifical Council for the Promotion of Christian Unity, has said that the
vote in favour of ordination of women Bishops goes against the will of
Christ, who chose only men as his apostles.
Cardinal Kaspar is quoted as saying: "It is therefore a further obstacle for
reconciliation between the Catholic Church and the Church of England."
I got news for you, Walter! There are bigger obstacles to reconciliation
than that!
Like, for instance, that Catholic Priests like shagging little boys, and
they do so with impunity because the Bishop of Rome chooses not to
excommunicate the perverts that do so.
Just as previous Bishops of Rome chose not to excommunicate the bastards who
murdered innocent Irish civilians in the name of the Catholic Church until
as recently as 10 years ago. It is, after all, so much easier to buy the
silence of the victims with money stolen from the offertory. Money given in
good faith by Churchgoers for the good of the Church, not to buy the silence
of victims of rampant sex-starved Catholic Priests.
Cardinal Kaspar should keep his trap shut and fix problems closer to home.
How typically arrogant of the Catholics to think that the Anglican Communion
even desires a reconciliation with the Taigs!

Very true, and also against the teaching of inspired, Christ ordained, Paul.

Yet how strange that Catholics in ukrc remain almost silent on this
important controversy.
