Question:
When Buddha said, "What, and what they think, it is otherwise,"
the assumption is that Buddha knew "what and what they think"
After all, Buddha is Buddha.

You are quoting Buddha. Are you suggesting that you also know "what
and what they think"? If so, why are you not including yourself one of
the
"they" and what and what you think is otherwise?
