Updated images not appearing
I have recently made several changes to navigation images on a site, not
held on the server I usualy use. I uploaded the replacement images (same
names) and html files which had other alterations to them but the previous
images were still displaying in IE & FF, mis-shaped where the html spec was
different.

I have not suffered this with other sites of mine on my typical server,
could this be a factor? I would have thought that the simple fact that the
html including the image size had changed would have poked the browsers into
looking further than cache. I actualy had to hit refresh twice because after
the first I got half/half of old/new!!

I just don't want to tell the client to go view the updates, give him the
bill, "But you'll have to click refresh twice on every page"
