PDF files
I want to insert a pdf file into a page but the best I can do is Click here.

Is there anything better, please?

Thank you
Jim

On a system that embeds a PDF reader into the Browser (Adobe Reader does
this with several browsers on Windows) you could achieve this with frames.

I wouldn't. It won't work for everyone, and it uses frames...

PDFs can be big, and you should give the user the choice of downloading
it. If you really want the PDF contents viewable as a web page, perhaps
you can rewrite it in HTML.
