TFL congestion charge website doesn't work in IE8
http://www.tfl.gov.uk/roadusers/congestioncharging/6743.aspx
On my machine, the sign-in link at the top works fine in Firefox 3 and
Chrome, but not in IE8, with or without "compatibility mode". Anyone
else see the same? Why would this happen?
