A colleague's been asked to knock up a website for a property rental company 
and was wondering whether there were any good modules in, say, Joomla/Mambo 
which would do the job?

His graphical layout is fairly restrictive, so there needs to be a good 
element of adaptability, and he wants to be able to add his own criteria and 
search elements.  So he needs to be able to change the layout to suit his 
design and throw in additional stuff like washing machines, patios, etc.

The only hesitation I have in suggesting anything to him is that I've come 
across a fair few unstable Mambo/Joomla modules, so it would be good if 
someone could recommend something which has a bit of a track record.
