I'm looking to build a very strong, professional team to help with the
design and development of an exciting Rich Internet Applications (RIA)
project and would appreciate any referrals or recommendations.

The individuals must be at the top of their game, extremely
enthusiastic and motivated with ideas and concepts that are cutting-
edge and ground-breaking.

Initially we am looking for Digital Designers with a thorough
understanding of: Usability, User Interface Design, wireframe design
and Information Architecture.  We are also looking for Flash
Developers with skills in ActionScript 3.0, HTML, CSS and the full
project lifecycle.
