If you browse the guestbook entrys - you will see that some entrys are 
hidden from view to the public because they are abusive .

Obviously - its a bit pointless even showing the hidden entry .

A much better way of doing it would be to have a different numbering 
system for guestbook entrys awaiting vetting - and only transfer the 
guestbook entry into the available for public view section once its been 
marked as ok by the webmaster .

So , The minor rewrite will mean every guestbook in the (browse) section 
will be available to by the public .

Ho hum - its all very logical :-)
