This is the anti drugs homepage and the 24 thumbnails are in 2 rows 
because they arnt as small .

(with hindsight i should have made them slightly larger so they took up 
the full 950px width)

Do the 1 to 24 relate to the line of images below? If so then how
about vertically aligning the number and the page image.

Is page 1 also Home, how about making the pages Home, 2 .. 24
And indicate by some means (highlighting) what page you are on,
besides the 5 of 24.

That then slightly chances the usefulness/location of the
Previous/next buttons.
