If your expecting a curry sauce then forget it .

*real* indian curry is spiced or marinated meat - and the watery type of 
curry sauce your used to is actually a british invention .

Theres also the fact that some modern day british vindaloos arnt really 
vindaloo at all and they are little more than a madras with some chilli 
added to it - mostly for the fact that it makes chavs think they are big 
men and can handle a vindaloo .

BTW: did you know that most indian restaurants have what is described as 
a base curry sauce and every curry they make is nothing more than a 
variation on it .
