Simple CMS
I need to add an easy to use (for client anyway) CMS so they can update a single page of a current website. Ideally their text etc. would be displayed within a standard static page rather than
constitute the whole page. Is this feasable or do I need to rebuild the site using a CMS?

Thanks, this is the sort of thing I was looking for. The ones I found all required rebuilding the site, which I don't want to do.
Now I need to find one I'm happy with and can get to work. (I've tried a few and not got very far yet - it could just be me though). Do you know of any Open Source PHP based ones that work well on
IIS?

No sorry. This is just a list I once made, because your question pops
up on a regular basis, and then I just repost the answer :-) I'm not
really using these scripts myself, so I'm not sure about their
technical requirements and features.

Take a look on www.hotscripts.com as well, if you haven't done it yet.
Lots of goodies there!
