Anyone got anything good or bad to say about FreeVirtualServers.com?

I'm looking for some cheap and easy to use hosting with domain name 
bundled, bandwidth use is likely to be negligible but OTOH may need to add 
SSL & maybe PGP since any data submitted on webforms is likely to be of a 
personal nature. FreeVirtualServers.com appeals to me because I can get 
100MB free space when buying a domain name yet have the option to add SSL 
etc if need be.
