IE border madness
Here's a new one on me. I have:

*       a nested unordered list
* no vertical margin between list items

In every browser except IE it renders as it should.

In IE, between list items at the same nesting level, it adds some
vertical white space.

It's padding-bottom on (some?) <li>s (even though that padding is
explicitly set to 0 in the stylesheets.

If I add a border-bottom to the <li>s, it disappears!

The XHTML and CSS are all valid.

Does this one have a name?
