Automatic menu generation in Dreamweaver
Is there a way to get Dreamweaver to build a navigation menu based on
site structure?

For example, if I had a structure:

United Kingdom
        England
                London
                Bristol
                Stockport
        Northern Ireland
                Belfast
                Bangor
                Lisburn
        Scotland
                Edinburgh
                Glasgow
                Dundee
        Wales
                Cardiff
                Swansea
                Tredegar

I'd like Dreamweaver to furnish me with a list which would appear on all
pages based on that structure without my having to build it myself.

More specifically:

* the list needs to be context-sensitive

So on the United Kingdom page, the list will be:

United Kingdom
        England
        Northern Ireland
        Scotland
        Wales

And on the Scotland page it will be:

United Kingdom
        England
        Northern Ireland
        Scotland
                Edinburgh
                Glasgow
                Dundee
        Wales

and so on.

All this needs to be generated automatically.

and:

* the list needs to update itself *on all pages* in the structure
whenever a new page is added to or moved in the structure.

I'm trying to work out how this might be achieved.

Might the Contribute server provide a solution to this?

Thanks for any suggestions.
