The issue last night with our RADIUS is being investigated in more
detail today (Sunday). We believe it is related to the way the Test LNS
RADIUS is/was working.

We are likely to make some minor changes today to reduce impact if any
such problems in future. This should not have any impact on service.

We already have plans to review and update the way the LNS handles
RADIUS server failures as this is not as efficient as it should be and
this is likely to be deployed in the next scheduled LNS reload.
