As you have seen there are some pretty major issues with BT at present.
21CN is all over the place. The faults handling is a nightmare. There
are technical, commercial, and procedural issues. Its hard work.

The good news is that BT do seem to be taking notice of us at last. I
am sure some of the status and blog postings have contributed to this.
Explaining stupidities (like deliberately ignoring notes we add to
fault reports) to the world is something of a last resort and we try
and give BT an chance to sort things first.

We have some very strong views on how things should be done, and how BT
can and should improve. We are working together with BT at quite senior
levels to try and make that happen. We have been working with other
ISPs as well to both put pressure on BT and try and get things
improved.

We'll see how it goes. Fingers crossed.[IMAGE]
