  Customers on L-WAT 21CN BRASs (which is a lot of people in London) have
  had some packet loss in the evenings for the last few days.
  
  Its not us! We have seen this sort of thing before and it usually means
  some congested back-haul in BT.
  
  Update: BT think they have identified the issue and are working on a
  solution.
  
  Update: BT did confirm we are the first ISP to notice and report the
  issue!
  
  Update: BT technical teams are looking to resolve the issue between
| midnight tonight and 06:00 Sunday 25th Oct
