[Status] [info] End of an era (again)
Posted at 2009-10-26 17:27 GMT by RevK
Update #0: 2009-10-26 17:32 GMT

Our first data centre rack was in Harbour Exchange Square (HEX) and had
two BGP routers aimless and needless. That was over 8 years ago. They
have been upgraded a few times over the years, and we even tried
Juniper routers at one point (briefly), but as linux based quagga
routers they served us well and handled lots of traffic.

They have, this evening, finally been turned off, and will go to that
big 19" rack in the sky (or ebay).

So long and thanks for all the packets.[IMAGE]
