Update #2: 2009-10-25 08:08 GMT

  We have seen several problems on the ESR2-EALING5 BRAS today, this
  morning and this afternoon.
  
  BT did raise and close an MSO this morning but as we have seen further
  problems we will be chasing BT up again.
  
  Update: BT reckon this issue is now resolved but we will see...[IMAGE]
