[Status] [Update #2] [info] New DNS resolvers
Posted at 2009-10-21 17:36 BST by RevK
Update #2: 2009-10-21 19:05 BST
Customers will note that we now have new DNS resolvers. They are
directly connected to the LNSs so have fewer hops, and they are running
unbound on one and bind on the other to allow some diversity for
exploits or bugs that could come along.
The IPs remain the same:-
217.169.20.20
217.169.20.21
2001:8b0::2020
2001:8b0::2021
Do let support know if any issues.
Update: Not quite configured as planned, so we may revert to old
| servers for now.

Probably a "helpful" MacCacheProblem but I can't get aa.nu or
www.clifford.org.uk/recentphotos in the browser. Works with lynx on a
terminal to my linux computer. Also can ping aa.nu from the Mac.
It works for www.clifford.org.uk so I am a bit puzzled. dscacheutil
-flushcache doesn't appear to help and I can't be bothered to turn it off
and on again at the moment.

However, unless this a very old message, a "tuna" will swim right
