Well, this is a fun day.

BT are actually trying hard to work with us on some of the long
standing issues with faults. They have identified cases where faults
can get stuck in BT (primarily on 21CN) and should have a fix this
weekend!

As you may know, there are a big list of long standing issues on fault
handling with BT, and our systems effectively fighting BT staff and
systems to get things done properly. We are trying to get BT to
understand that actually fixing faults will save us all time and money
and give us all happier customers.

We hope this latest feedback is just the start of a bigger process to
address these big issues.[IMAGE]
