  We have identified an issue on one of the routers deployed over the
  weekend. We will be doing an update shortly that may affect some
  customers with equipment hosted in Harbour Exchange Square briefly (a
  few seconds). Sorry for any inconvenience caused.
  
  Update: Done. Outage of under 1 seconds. Nice when things work!
  
  Update: This evening we plan to update another router which may causes
  a very slight blip. It should not cause even a packet to drop, but last
  time we tried this it did cause an issue for a couple of seconds.
  
  Update: This went without any hitch.
  Update: We'll do this again later this evening, sorry. Should cause
| bugger all impact.
