  In theory BT have made a change today taht will stop sessions getting
  stuck on 20CN lines. They should automatically un-stick after 10
  minutes. We have yet to confirm the change has in fact been made, but
  fingers crossed.
  
  The underlying reason they were getting stuck in the first place, which
  seems to be some issue with RADIUS responses getting back to BT, is
  still being worked on by BT.
