  Looks like BT have another BRAS issue, most lines on
  21CN-BRAS-RED3-L-WAT are flapping.
  Chasing with BT.
  
  Update: This appears to have happened last night as well, but was
  somewhat masked by issues we had.
  
  Normally BT will pick this up and reset a card automatically, so we are
  hopeful this will be resolved in the next 30 minutes.
