  You will see that the usage logs now show a different layout for this
  month. I hope you like the layout.
  
  Two important points:-
  
  1. The brought forward usage is based on converting the peak and off
  peak brought forward to units. That makes sense and looks sensible.
  
  2. The brought forward usage that is lost or billed is done the same.
| That generally looks right, but as we had issues start of Oct some
| usage was not billed, so may be confusing.

  3. The 21CN and BE users on the new system will note a small 20CN usage
  which will be their usage (10% of for BE) that was in GB when the new
  system was put in place early in October. It works out right, but will
| indeed look odd.[IMAGE]
