C21N and Zxyel 660HWP router
Hi all

I've been suffering from multiple short drop-outs on my line presumably from
all the events reported elsewhere on the group. Normal service is usually
resumed quickly so this is no more than an irritation.

However, sometimes - including this weekend - whatever is messing with the
connectivity also messes with the router in a weird way. So the router was
passing traffic, and allowed me to establish a VLN to my office, but it
didn't respond to pings, I couldn't load the management pages or access the
router via telnet. This held true from both LAN and WAN sides. None of my
forwarded ports were accessible externally. Normal service was restored once
I powercycled.

Anybody else got one of these routers? Do you see this behaviour? Any idea
what causes it and how to fix it?

Any help would be welcome

Paul
