There was some packet loss Friday night which looks like unusually high
20CN evening usage. We regularly review levels we have with BT but they
still take 5 working days to change them so we can get caught out
occasionally. We'll be increasing levels anyway and obviously we try
and avoid this happening.[IMAGE]
