Packet loss this evening
I seen various amounts of dripping blood on graphs for multiple 20CN
lines tonight in different parts of the country. At the same time VOIP
was unusable from 19.30 to 20.30 due to voice dropouts. I'm assuming
these are related and my line was essentially nearly idle.

What was the cause of this loss please? I *do* hope I'm not being
charged for packets that BT are subsequently dropping!!!

I see this too.
Started about 18:30 with a peak between 19:00 and 20:00

<AOL> Started just before 1900, peaked over the period roughly
1915-1930 and lasted in a minor way (just the odd red pixel on the
graph) until 2230.
