Concern? You have a record of always doing the honourable thing when
there are errors in the numbers.
When I see reports like this, I get excited at the prospect of another
"freebie" day. Especially on the first day of the month, to get me off
on a good start.

In my case at least, the tariff being used is incorrect, even though no
changes have been made recently. This implies that it could affect more
users than the limited subset who have made tariff changes today.

My usage pages show my allowance has gone up from 2GB a month to 5GB, which
also means it has allowed me to carry forward over 3GB from last month!

This is great so long as I don't get charged for the 5GB tariff (which I
haven't so far this month).

Interestingly, my allows for October is showing as 5GB instead of 4GB
too. Other than that, my usage looks about right.

It looked like all those affected showed as being on the 5GB tariff
(certainly all 4 of my accounts did).
Anyway, it all looks fixed now.

I think you're saying it's fixed.

On my account usage.cgi page the figures that are there look right,
but there is no billing detail for September.

That is, under the graphs, the left grey table 'Monthly usage' is OK,
but the right grey table 'Billing' has a row for August (and preceding
months back to October 08) and a row for October, but no row for
September. The October row looks to have properly taken account of
September, it's just that September itself is absent.

My usage and allowance for September are completely wrong. It reckons I used
just over 4G and carried forward just under 4G when in fact I used 0.65G and
carried forward 3.35G.

Since I'm not being charged for any over-use and I've still carried forward the
maximum (2G) to October, it doesn't really matter.

My peak in Sept now looks correct, but the off-peak is off the scale. I
don't think 184G used in Aug is correct - is this still awaiting
correction?

At least my bill was correct, so accounts looks OK...
