Todays usage calculations - Complete screwup!!
I have just received a text message and exmail saying that my usage is
in need of checking. So I logged in to the account and checked.

I think the A&A abacus is broken, or prossibly being used upside down.

The maths just don't work. Anyone else noticed this?

Here is what I see... Even the monthly allowance is wrong as I am on an
8GB tarrif and not the reported 5GB. Something has gone badly wrong.

=================================================================

Your current usage on your broadband login xxxxxxxxxx@q is as follows.
THIS IS NOT A BILL. This is a statement of current usage levels.
We have sent you this statement because your usage is higher than expected,
or because you have asked to be advised at a specific usage level.

Usage is billed from the billing date/time until the next bill regardless of
the period covered by the bill. The period covered by the bill
determines the
allowances for the period based on the tariff selected at the moment the
bill
is generated.
